All orders containing electric scooters will have a processing lead time of approximately 14-21 working days.
All other orders will have a processing lead time of approximately 3-5 working days.

Shipping & Returns
For orders containing lithium battery, it will require special attention during shipping. All air shipping, battery and chassis are to be separated. Please contact our customer service for video of installation.
- It will take approximately 14-21 working days for air shipping for orders containing lithium batteries.
- It will take approximately 1-2 months for sea shipping for orders containing lithium batteries.
For all other orders, it will take about 14 days for air shipping depending on the delivery location.
The above estimation for shipping is subject to weather changes, flight availability and public holidays.
The seller ("BRONCO MOTORS CO., LTD") reserves the right to choose any shipping carrier depending on the availability at the time of shipping.
The orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form and the buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
If at the time of delivery the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened due to shipping, the buyer must then check the condition of the items in the presence of the deliveryman. If the product(s) have been damaged, the buyer must imperatively refuse the package in the presence of the deliveryman.
If the products need to be returned to the seller, they must be the subject of a return request to the seller within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any complaint made outside this period will not be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original state (original packaging).
